to have your email address removed from our contact list we will

Customers who supply us with their telephone numbers will only
hear from us if there is a question about their order or if they
have requested that we call them for technical support or to discuss
their account. Foampower.com will never use customers' telephone
numbers for marketing purposes and will never sell, share, trade
or divulge these numbers to a 3rd party.
Foampower.com conducts all on-line transactions using a secure
commerce server. You can rest assured that your financial information
will remain private and confidential when doing business with Foampower.com.
The range of security and encryption technologies we utilize for
our on-line customers includes a 128-bit SSL certificate, 1024 bit

Merchandise may be returned for credit within 30 days of the original
order date. Any returns must have prior approval and be accompanied
by an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization) issued by Foampower.com.
Any items returned without an RGA cannot be accepted for return.
Any product eligible for return must be both unopened and unused.
Any product whose expiration date has passed is not returnable.
A 25% merchandise restocking fee will be applied to all returns
for non-defective product. Shipping/Handling fees are not eligible
Product that is defective occurs rarely. Should you receive defective
product Foampower.com will replace a defective product or refund
your money, including shipping and handling, if material is returned
within 30 days from date of the order. Foampower can only issue
credits for defective material after it has been inspected by the
factory to determine the nature of the claimed defect. Claims for
defective product cannot be honored by Foampower.com unless the
defective material is first returned to us by the customer. Credits
or material replacement will not be issued until after material
is inspected and defect verified. Foam products work very well and
reliably, to avoid application problems please carefully read supplied
instructions and review our FAQ page.
To avoid the most common application problems associated with spray
foam insulation systems please follow these 3 basic rules.
For Two-Component Foam Products:
- Before use gently rock the tank back and forth for a moment
to agitate tank contents.
- Prior to use store tanks in a warm area so that the tanks contents
become sufficiently warm to provide optimum volume and yield.
(Tank is mildly warm to the touch).
- Do not allow foam to harden in the disposable nozzle attached
to the Handi-Gun® and then attempt to dispense foam. Hardened material
in the nozzle causes foam to backflow into hoses and then harden,
rendering the Handi-Gun® system unusable. Always replace the nozzle
if material has sat unused in nozzle for more than 1 minute.
For One-Component Foam Products:
- Gently rock the can back and forth for a moment before use.
- Ensuring the can contents are warm (Can is mildly warm to the
